Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the delicate nature of paper craft and scale models, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or items damaged after receipt.
Return Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
In the case of defective or damaged items, we can offer a replacement at no additional cost when available.
Shipping Costs for Returns
