(a) Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. This incurs a 5% credit card fee and a 10 USD restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund you receive after your cancel your order that is pending shipment. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
(b) Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for new products, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. We also accept returns for products that don't match the customer's order (wrong product shipped)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via info@tmjapan-godogaisha.com to request a return. After this period, we will consider that there are no defects or issues with your order and your return claim will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as customer preference or minor cosmetic variations.

Postage costs for returns are borne by the customer.
(c) Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. In case the item is damaged, opened or tampered with, no refund request will be honoured.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of our error.
